celebrating chinese new year

first day of chinese new year

went to my uncle house, or should i say two uncles' house. my two uncles and their families lived on the same block, same floor, but different ends. hah! wow luckily i told my mother that we should go this year, if not my only angbao is from my mother and my friend's parents i guess.

so, after visiting them we headed home. after awhile, i went to valerie's house where later some of the w462 people came too. valerie, her sister and i headed to sunplaza because priscilla meeting lloyd and we were going to meet valerie ang.

after meeting her, we headed back to valerie's house where everyone were playing mahjong or poker card at that time. suddenly samantha wanted to watch good luck charm which is r21, they said. superrrrr sick! nevermind, we covered our eyes ok!

after that, me valerie yong and ang gabriel jaren garrick pinde eugene zhengyang went to watch "ah long pte"! ah la la long ah la la long! saw jiaxun kenneth and enghock at the cinema too. bought tickets then some of us went down to macdonalds then went up. i think we were in rush? went into the hall then its like valerie ang went in first then eugene zhengyang pinde me gabriel valerie jaren garrick. wow, valerie ang is so far away from us! but she managed to exchange seats with gariel. (:

ok, ah long was a nice show. VERY FUNNY but its a lil boring i think. after the movie we went to macdonalds then slowly went back to valerie's house. we were reaching valerie's house when we splited into two groups.
- valerie with eugene group.
- me, valerie ang with pinde group.
we took different lifts up and my group almost reached first hah! we even ran ok.

at valerie's house, which is around 2am that time. we just slacked and sort of stared at the blank space or something when the some of the w462 were playing mahjong. after that, valerie yong ang and zhengyang accompanied back home at 3am.

second day of chinese new year

STAYED HOME.

third day of chinese new year

stayed home till around evening when valerie yong came my house to sort of bai nian and also got her skinnies "tapered" by my mother. hah! we went to sunplaza to slack before meeting val ang, khoonfai and jaren at amk hub. valerie yong and i went to have KFC till we decided to go val ang's house first which is at taman jurong.

reached there and we got changed into our "casual wear" and explored a lil around her house before getting out of there to meet jaren and khoonfai.

okay interesting about going there that day. valerie and i ate durian pancake after looking at the person making it for a long time. we finally decided to join the long queue and bought the DURIAN PANCAKES. we had our first bite and we looked so touched as if we have received 10000 roses! valerie ang actually videoed us buying it but the video is not with me yet. (:





finally khoonfai came and also jaren in the cab then continue our cab-in life. (:

third part of cab-in life: angmokio - night safari

we wasted our trip there because when we reached there, its around 11 and its too late for us to go in there except tram which is kinda wasted. so we shopped there and yes! MY FBT SHORTS GLOWED IN THE DARK(:









we took bus to angmokio then trained to jurong east after that, we sort of wanna sleep in the train but we did not. still we had lots of fun and we high because we were going to meet shihui and her father's gonna drive us to valerie ang's house with the LORRY! wow, WIND!

forth day of chinese new year

SERVICE AT CITY HARVEST CHURCH! we were supposed to wake up at 0730 but we woke up at 0830. we went to queue in the staircase and its burning us hot!

during service, shihui did a funny thing hah! oh yes! and singer WING came and sang two songs for us which is nice! before that we kept cheering for him then samantha turned back and asked whose that and we said we dunno. hah! we really dunno but we were just way hyper!

service did alot of singing as most of us were in the singing mood i guess. pastor kong preached about marriages I THINK. oh and the later part of service was way too sweet man! congrats to the remarried couples! those remarried wives got beautiful roses!

after service, me valerie shihui shannen garrick mingshuin khoonfai went to seoul garden at marina square and each person was like $30?! nevermind, we eat alot and alot till we all could not take it anymore. its like hours we were sitting there, eating and eating!

after awhile, went to shop for daniel salam's present. pinde came then we went to clementi. valerie and i promised shannen that we will be in cab at 10pm.
