secondary two adventure camp! <3

im finally back from the sec2 adventure camp!
it was super duper fun!
i kind of miss it and wish to stay there for one more day. ):
shall start posting starting on what happened on wednesday.

met yokelin at around 0655, i was late due to some stomach pains. ):
didnt meet celeste as she went to meet her boy*. haha!
heard from yokelin that there's no reception over there at the campsite.
so, went home to put back my phone as i thought it will useless if i bring it there.
reached school, got my sleeping bag from charmaine, thanks yea!

so, marikita, annoucements, then proceeded to the school hall.
our class went back to the classroom first, ms yap told us not to pay for the screen anymore.
after that, slowly sat in our groups.
but first, spot check!
shiqi, the student leader, didnt check my bag as she saw our bags and she sian half already.
i was in group 6! with veron, siewqi, yukai, fusheng, etc.
while waiting for the bus to arrive, did some self-introduction and discussed abit.

bus arrived, and boarded the bus.
waved goodbye to the people in the other buses. haha!
its like, as though we will not be seeing each other for days. =.=
anyway, chitchatted with veron during the bus ride.

DAY 1

reached there at around 11+.
so went to our bunk to put down our bags and all that, then went to the dormitory for debrief.
the instructors there were super cool and funny!
anyway, my group instructor was farah.
so went to play icebreaking activites and did some goal setting and all that.
yukai's super irritating.
he kept saying same old sentence lah. =.=
"oi deaf de, dont keep laughing hor, i make you smile go camp, cry go home"
it was like, crapology.
he kept saying his objective is to make me cry. zzz
so played blow wind blow, quite fun.
on our way to the canteen, saw group2 instructor shouting at one boy.
instructor: faster! if not you see what i'll do to you. actually, i also cannot do anything. (jokes)
dickson: wah, he sibei lame.

mass lunch!
went to the canteen for our lunch, veron and i were feeling super hungry.
thanks shiqi for the plates yea.
veron and i rushed to get the food. haha!
the food was acceptable, not very nice, not too bad.
we've got a makan cheer.
good food, yummy yummy.
yes, i want.
yes, i want.
teachers eat, trainers eat
everybody eat eat eat!

after that, went to the back of the canteen for rock climbing and zipline.
we had to choose rock climbing or zipline (flying fox).
veron and i chose to play zipline.
waited for our turn to get up, and watched them play.
after that, it was my turn, zihui helped me with the harness and helmet.
went up, feeling super nervous, and then go!
IT WAS SUPER DUPER FUN!
i wanted to play again, but did not have enough time.
anyway, watched the rest played rock climbing and all that.
mdm yap was super hyper-active! she played all the games. omg!

went for the CRC and abseil.
chose abseil, i dunno why too. haha!
anyway, veron and i waited for very long for our turn.
while waiting, watched the rest rock climbing.
tasveen and viki didnt dare to do the abseiling.
they stepped onto the metal bar, and started feeling super nervous cos of the height.
for your information, its about three-storey high.
tasveen cried, cos she really couldnt do it.
after talking with the instructor, she managed to do it, but she cried while she's doing it.
veron and i started panicking cos it 'looked' so scary.
anyway, we tried, and its 100% not scary, but its 50% difficult for me. zzz

went for our dinner.
veron and i forgotten to take our forks and spoons, so went back to the bunk to take.
super hungry, veron and i rushed to get our food.
didnt have cups as it was with terence.
had our makan cheer, and then started our fooooood!
after dinner, slacked around at the cleaning area, enjoying the breeze! haha!

went for camp preparation, with our buddy group no. 5!
our cheer! i thought it was okay.

ahbao was so called training us our facial expressions, voice, and communication.
we had to stand in between two of the opposite sex and hold hands. ):
so unlucky, i stood in between yukai and fusheng. wth?!

went to assemble at the front of the canteen.
did some cheers, learnt alot of cheers.
i love the xi shua shua one. haha!
group2 instructor showed us some of his jokes.
he called himself handsome.. =.=
so i called him, the shameless one! haha!
after all those screaming and cheering, we were asked to go back our bunk to take a tshirt.
we were given 1 minute to do so. ):
oh, so the activity was blind man's trial!

it was super fun!
and i didnt cheat! i really blindfold myself without peeping.
it was super scary, cos you dunno when there's steps and all that.
zihui was infront of me while veron's behind me.
i hold on to zihui super tight she kept complaining. haha!
after that, we were asked to lie down all that, that was the BEST PART!
the other instructors still ask them to think that there's someone you love lying beside you. =.=

went back to the front of the canteen for camp debrief.
then supper!
omg, feeling hungry again!
had curry puff and hot milo, finally got our cups!
after that, some debrief again, and then back to our bunk and got ready for shower!
veron and i rushed our way to the bunk to took our shower stuffs and then down to dom.
queued up to enter the toilet.
while queueing, farah said that we looked like some prisoners. =.=

got into the toilet, veron and i shared one cubicle.
we were being forced. ):
but anyway managed to bath finish in about 5 minutes.
after that, brushed teeth, and then back to the bunk.
couldnt sleep, and i dont wanna sleep till its super dark outside.
so, slacked outside.
i was yo-ing here and there to whoever who walk past me. =.=

LIGHTS OFF!
and then back to the bunk.
huiying, celeste and i were chatting then the plane flew past..
daphne: wow, whoever can sleep with this noise and vibration is pig lor.

DAY2

woke up at around 0530 and saw celeste and huiying awake.
they told me that they kept waking up cos of the noise.
I DIDNT EVEN WAKE UP AND DIDNT KNOW THAT THERE'S NOISE.
so, i'm a pig. (:
and i was feeling super duper cold.
went to brush teeth and then got changed.
area cleaning, just went to pick up some litter around.
but seriously, the place was so clean and there's no litter for us to pick up.
so.. CHEEER! (woooooooooooooooo!)

debrief first.
the shamless one was doing some stupid and lame jokes.
so we gave him the lame cheer. hahaa!

went for our breakfast.
feeling hungry as ever.
our group got to eat first as we had duty to do.
so veron and i chiong our food and then went to the back to assemble.
our duty was to watch people throw their food. zzz
we were like having competition, cos there's two bins.
veron kept giving them directions to my bins. LOL!

after that, next duty is to clean the tables. ):
that's a bad thing and i dont like it!
anyway, finished cleaning went to the bunk to take our shower stuffs and went to the flag poles.
did improvised rafting.
there's teamwork. (:
tied the knots and all that, the boys did it as we girls dont really know well. zzz
so just helped by holding and pulling the ropes and all that.
in the end, effort wasted as our boat will sink.
watched the rest went to the sea.

after that, there's little rain, so went to shelter.
then briefing on kayaking.
supposed to listen to the briefing only cos of the rain.
but, the rain stopped so we could go kayaking! :D
but before that, test water confidence.
we did quite well. YAY!
my kayaking partner was reuben.
we so no teamwork lah, i paddle right he paddle left. zzz
but we managed to do well, so we just paddle here and there.
after kayaking, got scolded by instructor, ahbao cos we didnt help in arranging the kayaks.
so after scoldings, then arranged the kayaks properly.
I LOVE KAYAKING!

we were given 5 minutes to bath.
chionggggggggggggg!

mass lunch!
veron and i were hungry as usual.
and we also rushed back to take our cups as we forgotten. zzz
MAKAN CHEER.
we were the first few who finished the food, again. haha!

after that, general stations on teambuilding.
first station: boy girl hold hand, and have to pass the hula hoop without letting go of hands.
and also pass the biscuit in the mouth by mouth.
second station: 5 people on two wood, then tried to reach the other end by walking with the wood together.
third station: lift the pail in the hula hoop using ropes without touching the pail.
fourth station: use our feet to lift a pail of water up.

first station was quite okay, except for the holding hands and passing of biscuit. ):
mine's super yucky, and i dont wanna talk about it. grrr!

second station, it was quite okay.
thanks to the rest who werent participating at that time helping us to count 1 2 3.

third station, it was okay.

fourth station, everyone sat and lifted the pail up.
it was super okay.
but im not feeling okay cos darshen's leg was on mine and almost bleed cos of his sport shoes.

team building activities.
practiced our cheer and dance.
we were supposed to be dancing an unknown song but we didnt danced well.
so changed to avril's girlfriend, it was quite okay with farah's dance moves.
OUR HIGHLIGHT.. GATSBY!
we were like doing the gatsby advertisement.
its boy-girl again.
did some practicing with the music on.
and ahbao was going super crazy, as though he taken drugs like that.

kept dancing like hell, then group 5,6, 3,4 got dance competition.
AHBAO WON. HAHAH!
we were cheering for him all the way!

dinner! :D
veron and i as usual hungry and we forgotten to take cups, again. =.=
after that, took cups and wanted to fill with water.
i saw tzu quan then kept yo-ing at him, he said i got fever. LOL!
after finishing our food, went to the back again to enjoy the breeze!
also heard that dickson was chased to go home cos of his tongue pierce.

mr siva said he's a ahbeng. LOL.

took the shower time as campfire preparation.
practiced our dance steps and all that.

GRAND CAMPFIRE!
watched the performance and all that.
luckily, it was not screwed up and performances were great!
enjoyed all the way!

supper and reflection, nothing much to say too.
got fruit cakes and hot milo for supper.
reflection was super boring but quite touching anyway.

ahbao teached us this.
the qualities to be a good camper.
- good looking
- got sense of humour
- not taller than ahbao

and when ahbao says 'whatever'.
we will say 'anything, $1.10'. haha!


back to bunk, wanted to bath but lazyyyy to wait.
so, just waited for everywhere to dark and then sleeeep.

LIGHTS OFF!
huiying, celeste and i were chatting, and then all fell asleep.


DAY3

woke up around 0550 and washed up.
after that, slacked around and sat outside to toilet near staircase.
took breakfast, WE still hungry as ever.
after finishing our food, went to back to enjoy breeze again.
but got spoilt by the two lame instructors.
the shameless one and the one everyone said cute!
the shameless one before that wanna sing like jay chou then leehom.
dickson scolded him, LOL!

area cleaning, started to clean the staff female toilet.
it was clean, but it was still tiring.
slacked untill the best female and male camper awards given.
then went to take group photos, will post them up when i got them. (:
then took bus home.
